German Champions Bayern Munich have apparently joined the list of clubs interested in signing Liverpool hit man Dirk Kuyt.
Kuyt has been the subject of much speculation in recent months and with the January transfer window fast approaching that speculation will only increase, though the reality is that if Kuyt is indeed going to exit Anfield it will probably be in the summer as opposed to January.

Roy Hodgson would of course be loathe to lose Kuyt, Liverpool are not exactly strong in depth and while Kuyt cannot be classed as World Class he is at least a hard working player that gives his all in a Liverpool shirt, not something that can necessarily be said about some of his team mates.
Bayern themselves have not had the best of seasons and may well be looking at freshening up their squad and making some changes, it is however a little bit of a surprise that they would be interested in Kuyt, he hardly fits their profile but then again that may well be a part of the proposed make over that the German giants have been promising their fans.

Bayern can piss off Dirk is going nowhere.
Straight swap, Dirk for Gomez
Kuyt is 30. It would be sensible to sell him and get some decent money for him. Yes, he works hard but it is time to start building for the future and giving the likes of Pacheco and Shelvey a chance.
Kuyt + £5m for Mario Gomez, or straight swap for Bastian Schweinsteigr. Thoughts?

aha. ahaha. ahahahahaha!
Well, Louis van Gaal is well known for his affinity: Dutch players! And if Bayern want a player, they probably get the player – they’re financially more than sane, and what other of the European “Big 20″ clubs is?
