Now that Liverpool have new owners it was only natural that they would begin to be linked with all manner of players destined for Anfield and today we have three players linked with Roy Hodgson’s outfit.
First up is Roma’s Mirko Vucinic, a striker who could either compliment or replace Liverpool’s Spanish superstar Fernando Torres.
Then we have Blackpool’s Charlie Adams being linked with a January move to Liverpool, an attacking midfielder that could fit alongside Steven Gerrard or dare we say replace him if the Liverpool captain decides to call it a day at his home town club.
Finally, Lyon’s Argentine striker Lisandro Lopez has also been linked with Roy Hodgson’s side, the third attacking option in one day of rumours which underlines the ongoing doubts by the British press in Torres remaining an Anfield player next season.
Whether any of these rumours turn out to be accurate is unknown at this point but what is for sure is the Liverpool now that they are basically debt free will continue to be linked with all manner of players from now until the January transfer window closes.
