Newcastle ready to launch a cheeky bid for unhappy Arsenal star
Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is ready to test the waters with Arsenal and make a bid for their unhappy striker Nicklas Bendtner.
It is no secret that Bendtner is unhappy at The Emirates and Arsene Wenger may well be tempted to allow the Danish hit man to leave, it will all depend on the amount offered up by Newcastle.
Bendtner partnering up with Andy Carroll would give Newcastle a very young and potent attacking line up and thus the reason for Pardew readiness to launch a cheeky bid.
It would be a little surprising if Wenger allows Bendtner to leave The Gunners but there have been bigger shocks in the transfer market and with Bendtner’s eagerness to leave Arsenal, then anything is possible.
