Italian super agent Vincenzo Morabito is claiming that Arsenal will fin it very difficult to hang on to their superstar striker Robin van Persie and that Man City and French Billionaire big boys Paris St Germain, hold the advantage over other clubs, including Juventus, in the race to sign the Dutch maestro.
Speaking to Calciomercato.com Morabito said “It will be difficult for the Gunners to renew Robin’s contract.
“But Juventus is currently at a disadvantage compared to City and PSG that have very different financial resources.”
He has that right, Juventus will not be able to compete with Man City and PSG in the financial arena, but Morabito does appear to show a lack of understanding of Robin van Persie and his love for Arsenal.
The Dutch superstar may well leave Arsenal this summer but it is very unlikely to be Man City that sign him, van Persie loves Arsenal too much to even consider a move to Eastlands and it is very probable that any move will see him leave England for foreign shores.
If it does come down to money, then PSG do indeed have the advantage, but one should not ignore Real Madrid and Barcelona either and that is of course if van Persie does choose to leave, that if far from certain.
